What Bulin47Video collects, why, who processes it and how long it is kept.

This policy explains how bulin47video.io ("Bulin47Video", "we") handles personal data.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
- Your photo. The photo you add to make a recast. It is redrawn in your browser before upload, which also removes embedded location data.
- Your videos. The recasts made for you and the options you chose (length, look, quality).
- Purchase data. Orders, amounts and subscription status. Card details go directly to Stripe.
- Support requests. What you write to us and which video or payment it is about.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and request logs, used for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
- Visit data. Pages you open, the site that sent you, your first landing page, your country and device type, tied to a random visitor ID in a cookie.
Why we use it
To make and store your videos, run your account and credits, take payments, prevent abuse, answer support requests and keep the service secure. Before a video is made, your photo is checked for sexual or hateful content.
Who processes it
- An AI video provider receives your photo, the reference clip and the rendering instructions, and returns the video. Your photo is first placed in the provider's private review area, which is required for photos of real people; we remove it as soon as your video is finished. The provider keeps logs and results under its own terms.
- A content safety service checks your photo.
- Hosting, storage and database providers run the site and store your account, photo and videos.
- Google provides sign-in. Stripe processes payments.
- A privacy-friendly analytics service counts page views and sign-up and purchase steps.
Some providers process data outside your country. We share only what each one needs. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos: deleted 7 days after upload.
- Finished videos: kept until you delete them or your account.
- Account data: kept while your account is open.
- Order and payment records: kept as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years.
- Security logs: kept for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
- Delete any video from My videos.
- Delete your account from Account settings; we then delete your account, photos and videos, except records we must keep by law.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to processing. Email us to use them.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and the timer of a limited-time offer. For our own statistics we set a random visitor ID and remember the site and page you first arrived from. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
The service is not for children. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
