The Dime Dime Baby trend starts with a real quinceañera video: a man walks across the dance floor, bites a concha and stares into the camera. Fan pages and template posts credit him as TikTok creator @eve.el.cholo, known in Spanish as "el de la mirada preñadora"; this page shows none of his footage. The sound is the "dime dime baby" hook from "BbY WOW" by KAROL G with Judeline and rusowsky (KAROL G's own post of 9 October had 12.7 million plays on 27 October).
The hook went viral first with a plain dance clip: @bigbowee's "Dime dime baby" of 24 August, 15.8 million plays. From mid-October AI remixes swapped other people into the quince walk: @elmariobrox's cowboy version (17 October, 2.0 million), @tteolopez6's white T-shirt take, and CapCut tutorials such as @lolacope22 (2.6 million) and @c0pe6zs0b9 (3.3 million). English feeds call it the Bby Wow guy; #bbywowtrend had 647 posts and 4.9 million views on 27 October.
