Is it safe to upload photos to AI?
Uploading a photo to an AI video tool is reasonably safe when the tool says what it uses the photo for, how long it keeps it, whether it trains on it, and lets you delete it; it is not safe to upload photos of children or of other people without their permission. Before you upload photos to AI, read those answers in the tool's privacy policy. On Bulin47Video.io a photo is used only for your video and deleted after 7 days, and the terms do not allow photos of children or public figures.

Why we ask
Putting someone’s face in a video without their OK can break privacy and image-rights laws, and that responsibility is yours. So you confirm three things: you are the person or have their OK, they are an adult, and they are not a celebrity or a politician. We keep the time you confirmed with the request.

Add a photo and press the button. It usually takes 4 to 15 minutes; finished videos stay in My videos.
What happens to a photo you upload to an AI tool
An AI video generator needs your photo on a server: it checks the content, sends the photo (and sometimes a portrait drawn from it) to a video model, stores the result and shows it to you. That means copies may sit with the site and with the model provider for a while. The risk is not that you upload photos to AI at all; it is what the site does next and for how long.
Six things to check before you upload photos to AI
- 1
What the photo is used for: only your video, or also training or marketing?
- 2
How long it is kept, in days, not "as long as necessary".
- 3
Who else receives it: the AI model provider, a moderation service.
- 4
Whether you can delete the photos you upload, your videos and your account yourself.
- 5
Whether the site rules out photos of children and public figures.
- 6
Whether payments go through a known processor rather than a form on the page.
Photos you should never upload to AI video apps
Rules quoted from TikTok's help page on AI-generated content, read on 27 October 2026.
- Children and teenagers. TikTok does not allow AI content with the likeness of anyone under 18.
- Other adults without their permission. TikTok also bans AI likenesses of adult private figures used without permission.
- Celebrities and public figures, especially in ways they would not endorse.
- Documents, badges or anything with an address or ID number in the frame.

Questions people ask
Should I upload photos to AI tools with no privacy policy?
No. If you cannot find what happens after you upload photos to AI, how long they are kept and who receives them, do not upload photos to that AI tool.
Can AI apps steal my face?
An app could misuse a photo if its policy allows it. Read what it does with uploads, how long it keeps them and whether it trains on them before you upload.
Is it safe to upload photos of my kids to AI?
No. Many tools refuse them, and TikTok does not allow AI content with the likeness of anyone under 18.
When I upload photos here, how long are they kept?
7 days, then it is deleted. It is used only for your video.
Is it safer to upload photos of my pet?
A pet photo carries less personal risk, and every dance on this site works with a dog or cat.
