Bad Times AI video: pick a fight with the camera

A Bad Times AI video puts your face into the TikTok argument that took over feeds from August 2026: you walk up to the phone, jab both index fingers at the lens, shove a palm into it, turn away with a hand on your hip and come back for the last word. Upload one photo and the Bad Times AI video generator here re-shoots the template, 14 seconds, vertical, with the Bad Times sound already on the file.

Why we ask

Putting someone’s face in a video without their OK can break privacy and image-rights laws, and that responsibility is yours. So you confirm three things: you are the person or have their OK, they are an adult, and they are not a celebrity or a politician. We keep the time you confirmed with the request.

Every beat of a Bad Times AI video, second by second

This is the timing the Bad Times AI video copies from the Bad Times template clip, as our prompt describes it to the video model. You stand where the woman in the remix stands, so your Bad Times AI video hits every beat she hits.

  1. 0 to 1 s

Mid shot in a dim office at night. You walk toward the phone, mouth already open, a thumb flicked to the side.

  2. 1 to 4 s

Right up to the lens, leaning in: both index fingers jab at the camera in turn. The argument is on.

  3. 4 to 5 s

A flat palm slams toward the lens and covers half the frame.

  4. 5 to 8.5 s

More finger pointing, head tilted, then a hand opening and closing by your face like a mouth talking back.

  5. 8.5 to 11 s

Hand to your mouth, you back off to a mid shot, shrug and look away.

  6. 11 to 12.5 s

Side on, a hand on your hip, refusing to look at the camera.

  7. 12.5 to 14 s

You turn back, march in and point straight at the lens for the last word.

  8. Sound

The Bad Times template sound, start to end, lined up with the moves.

  • Celebrities and public figures
  • Group photos
  • Sunglasses, masks or a hand over the face

Where the Bad Times trend comes from

The Bad Times trend is a mock argument lip-synced to "BAD TIMES" by Imael Angel. The earliest big post we found is by French creator @bouuhyachaka: a 58-second take filmed in her kitchen on 20 August 2026, captioned "BAD TIMES - Imael Angel", at 22.5 million plays on 27 October. Ben&Zara's version, posted ten days later and crediting her, is the most played at 45.3 million.

Pets followed. A dog standing on its hind legs in a kitchen (@tillandsialover, 22 September) passed 12.6 million plays, and AI cats and huskies came after. From 1 October CapCut template posts appeared ("Make this viral Bad Times by Imael Angel trend video", @wgcaieeth3, 4.8 million): one photo in, the kitchen routine out. Some reposts from 19 October call the same template the "Angry Dance filter", and the remix this generator follows, by @desytexas, carries #angrydance.

The Bad Times AI video here keeps the template timing and the sound and redraws the person from your photo. It uses none of the original creator’s footage and is an independent tool with no tie to Imael Angel, @bouuhyachaka, TikTok or CapCut.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is a Bad Times AI video?

A 14-second vertical clip where AI puts you, from one photo, into the Bad Times trend: the finger-jabbing, palm-pushing argument at the camera set to "BAD TIMES" by Imael Angel. On Bulin47Video.io the Bad Times AI video generator re-shoots a credited template remix with your face and clothes and lays the Bad Times sound back on.

Is the Bad Times AI video the same as the Angry Dance filter?

Yes. "Angry Dance filter" is a later name some TikTok reposts gave the same CapCut template from about 19 October 2026. The moves, the length and the sound match. More in the angry dance trend explained.

What song is in the Bad Times trend?

"BAD TIMES" by Imael Angel, in the cut the CapCut template uses. The video you download carries that template sound. The full story of the song and the first post: what is the Bad Times trend.

Can I make a Bad Times AI video of my dog or cat?

Yes. Use a clear photo of the pet facing the camera. The prompt stands the animal on its hind legs and has it point and push a paw at the lens.

Will it look like me?

Your face comes from your photo and your hair and clothes from a portrait drawn from it. AI video can still drift a little, which is why the free preview exists when it is on. A sharp, front-facing photo works best.

Does the Bad Times AI video have a watermark?

The paid video has none. The free preview, when available, is watermarked and cannot be downloaded.

How much is a Bad Times AI video? Is it free?

10 credits at 480p or 22 at HD 720p; the $9.99 Single pack makes 1 at 480p. Each Google account gets one free 2-second preview first. Failed renders refund their credits. See pricing.

How long does it take?

Usually 4 to 15 minutes. The video stays in My videos, so you can leave and come back.

Is a Bad Times AI video real or fake?

It is AI. A Bad Times AI video re-shoots a template remix from your photo, so you never filmed the argument. Turn on TikTok’s AI-generated content setting when you post it; the steps are in the TikTok AI-generated label.

Why is it called the Bad Times trend?

The Bad Times trend is named after its sound, "BAD TIMES" by Imael Angel. The Bad Times AI video keeps that sound, so the argument lands on the same beats as every Bad Times post you have seen.

What makes a good Bad Times AI video?

A sharp, front-facing photo, hands and arms in view, and clothes you would actually argue in. A Bad Times AI video of a dog or cat standing tall is often funnier than one of a person, which is why pets top the Bad Times trend.

Can I post a Bad Times AI video on Reels or Shorts?

Yes. Every Bad Times AI video is a 14-second 9:16 MP4 with the Bad Times sound on the file, so it plays the same on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Does the Bad Times AI video generator work on a phone?

Yes. The Bad Times AI video generator runs in the browser on iPhone and Android with no app to install, and each Bad Times AI video waits in My videos when it is done.

Can two people argue in one video?

Not yet. The Bad Times AI video has one lead, as the template does. A photo with two people puts only one of them in.

What happens to my photo?

It is used for your video only and deleted after 7 days. Details in the privacy policy.
