What AI makes the Bulin 47 videos?

No single AI makes them. The tutorials name five kinds of tool: CapCut templates made by users, Dreamina (CapCut's AI video site), Higgsfield, Kling's Motion Control and, for a still picture only, ChatGPT. Sites built for the trend, Bulin47Video.io (bulin47video.io) among them, run their own pipeline: you add one photo and the AI redraws the performer in Kevin Wai's real clip. None of these tools is official, and none comes from Bulin 47.

Why we ask

Putting someone’s face in a video without their OK can break privacy and image-rights laws, and that responsibility is yours. So you confirm three things: you are the person or have their OK, they are an adult, and they are not a celebrity or a politician. We keep the time you confirmed with the request.

Why people ask

On 19 October 2026 TikTok had a topic page called "Cómo se llama la IA que está haciendo los videos de Bulin 47" ("what is the AI making the Bulin 47 videos called"). Its posts name different tools in their captions: CapCut, Higgsfield, Dreamina, Google Flow, ChatGPT. That is the answer in itself: everyone uses something different.

The names, and what each one does

How to tell which one a clip used

  • A CapCut end card or watermark: a template.
  • The street looks right but the door, the crowd or the speaker is different: a prompt tool like Dreamina.
  • The real red-lit doorway, Kevin Wai's back and the same camera moves: a motion-control or recast tool.
  • The mouth does not move with the words, or the clip is silent: many video models export without sound, and the song was added later.

What we use

We do not run a filter. When you add a photo here, an image model first draws a standing, full-length portrait of you, then a video model redraws the performer in seconds 9 to 24 of Kevin Wai's clip following his moves, the camera and the crowd, and the original sound goes back on afterwards. 15 seconds, usually 4 to 15 minutes. Each Google account can first make one free 2-second preview. The longer version: how the Bulin 47 AI trend works.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is the Bulin 47 AI an app?

There is no official app. Most tools are websites or features inside apps like CapCut (more on apps).

Is it Kling?

Some creators use Kling Motion Control; many use CapCut templates or one-photo sites. You can rarely tell from the video alone.

Is there a free one?

Several have free tiers with limits. What is free and what is not.

Did Bulin 47 make or approve one?

No. He has said he enjoys the fan versions, but no tool is his (what he said).
