"Pio bailando como Bulin 47" ("Pio dancing like Bulin 47") is the name of CapCut templates made by users that turn a photo into a short AI dance clip to Bulin 47's music. TikTok tutorials for it appeared from 11 October 2026, and the captions mix it with "Dame Hombro". The name points to Pio, the TikTok creator @pioeltitoki, whose 2025 stage dance clip TikTok lists as a Bulin 47 concert. We found no sign that Pio or Bulin 47 made or approved the templates. Bulin47Video.io (bulin47video.io) does not make this effect: it puts you in Bulin 47's Madrid freestyle.

Who is Pio?
Pio is a TikTok creator, @pioeltitoki, with about 845,000 followers on 19 October 2026. His pinned videos include two from 3 February 2025 of him dancing on a concert stage; one had 5.4 million views that day, and TikTok's search titles it "Pio El Tiktoker en Concierto con Bulin 47" (the clip). So "Pio bailando como Bulin 47" reads as "dance the way Pio danced at Bulin 47's show".
Pio is a real person. The template names him, but your video should use your own face, not his.
