How to make a Dame Hombro AI video with friends
There are three ways. Use a template or site that takes several people (TikTok tutorials on 19 October 2026 offered a CapCut template that turns one photo into three people dancing); make one AI video per friend and put them side by side in a split screen; or dance it together for real. Bulin47Video.io (bulin47video.io) makes one person per video: each friend's photo becomes their own 15-second take of the Bulin 47 freestyle, and because every take follows the same seconds of Kevin Wai's clip, they line up in a split screen.

Why we ask
Putting someone’s face in a video without their OK can break privacy and image-rights laws, and that responsibility is yours. So you confirm three things: you are the person or have their OK, they are an adult, and they are not a celebrity or a politician. We keep the time you confirmed with the request.

Pick a route
| Route | Photos | What you get | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| A group template | One or several, as the template asks | Everyone dancing in one AI scene the template creator made | Often free; some effects need CapCut's paid plan |
| One AI video each, split screen | One per friend | Each of you as the performer in the real clip, side by side | 10 credits per video at 480p |
| Dance it for real | None | A real video of your group | Free |
A group template
On TikTok's Bulin 47 Dance Challenge page on 19 October, a creator tagged #capcutpioneer explained a template that makes "a video of three people dancing" from one photo. Other templates name themselves after the trend in other ways (Pio dancing like Bulin 47). Some trend websites also say they take a second photo for a partner; we have not tested them.
The catch: the scene, the dance and the faces are the template's guess. Check the preview before you add anyone's photo.
One AI video each, then a split screen
Each Google account can first make one free 2-second preview.
- 1
Ask each friend for one clear photo of themselves, face to the camera, waist up, and their OK to use it.
- 2
Make one video per photo in the generator on this page. Each is 15 seconds, usually 4 to 15 minutes.
- 3
Download the version with sound for one of them and the silent copies for the rest.
- 4
In CapCut, start a new project with the first video, then add the others with Overlay and arrange them side by side or in a grid.
- 5
Line up the start of every clip on the first frame; they all begin at the same second of the original, so the moves match. Nudge one by a frame or two if needed.
- 6
Keep the sound on one clip only, export, and label the video as AI when you post.
Dance it for real
Put on "Dame Hombro", stand in a row and copy the shoulder bounce on the beat. The moves and the challenge rules are in the Dame Hombro challenge. Film vertical, from the waist up, with the phone at chest height.
Everyone has to agree
- Only use photos of friends who said yes; our upload box asks you to confirm it.
- Adults only here: we do not accept photos of children (why).
- One person per photo. A group photo gives a mixed-up face; crop each person out first.

Questions people ask
Can I upload a group photo?
Not here: the recast needs one person per photo. Crop each friend into their own photo and make one video each.
How much is a video for three friends?
Three videos, 10 credits each at 480p. Packs and prices are on the pricing page.
Will the split screen be in sync?
Close to it: each video follows the same stretch of the same clip. Line up the first frames and check by ear.
Is there an official group version?
No. Group templates are made by CapCut users, not by Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai.
