Terms of Service

The rules for using Bulin47Video, buying credits and sharing the Bulin 47 recasts you make.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms apply to bulin47video.io ("Bulin47Video", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

Bulin47Video makes a "recast" of the viral Bulin 47 street freestyle: you upload one photo and an AI video model rebuilds the clip with the person in your photo in the performer's place. The movement and setting come from the original clip; the original sound is added back afterwards. Videos are rendered by third-party AI providers and are produced automatically, so faces, hands, clothing, mouth movement and timing are not guaranteed to be accurate.

Bulin47Video is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, 47 Music LLC or any label. The original clip and its sound belong to their owners; see Takedown requests for rights requests.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits.

What you may upload

Upload only a photo you have the right to use, of yourself, of an adult who agreed to appear in your video, of your own pet, or of artwork you own. You must not upload or create:

  • an image of a person without their consent, or of anyone under 18;
  • a photo of a celebrity, politician or other public figure;
  • sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content;
  • content that harasses, threatens, defames or demeans anyone;
  • content designed to make a real person appear to say or do something in order to deceive people;
  • content that infringes someone else's rights or is otherwise illegal.

Photos are checked automatically before a video is made, and the AI provider may also decline inputs. If an input is declined before rendering, you are not charged; if a render fails or is stopped, the credits it used are returned.

Credits and payments

  • Each Google account can make one free 5-second preview: 480p, watermarked, for viewing on the site only (no download). A preview that fails is returned. Free previews may pause for the rest of a UTC day once a site-wide daily total is reached.
  • Full videos are paid with credits when you create or unlock them. The credits a video uses are shown before you confirm. Unlocking a preview renders the full video again from the same photo, so it can differ slightly from the preview.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits do not expire.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly plan credits are granted each month; yearly plan credits are granted at the start of the year and stay valid for 370 days.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals; credits already received stay usable until they expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your videos and the original clip

You keep whatever rights you have in your photo. You give us a limited license to store and process it, and to send it to our AI and safety providers, only to make your video and operate the service.

Your recast contains material from a third-party clip and its sound. You may download it and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for how you use it, including any music or video rights on the platforms you post to; some platforms may mute or remove it. AI-made videos may need to be labeled as AI on some platforms; follow their rules.

Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Rendering depends on third-party providers and may be slow or paused at times. We may withdraw the template if its rights holders ask us to.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes are noted on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
